Inner Creative Flow
This is an individual creative exercise based around principles of movement and physical theatre practice. In the tutorial, Laura Haughey will guide you through a creative exercise to explore the connection between embodied movement and mindfulness and how we can use this practice for everyday benefit. In this activity you will be guided through a movement practice drawing from theatre and dance, but recontextualised for regular use to ensure everyone can have access to a sense of calm and connection in moments of stress.
